Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using The Agentic AI Academy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, students, and users of the platform.

Course Enrollment & Payment

Our enrollment process works as follows:

• You submit an enrollment request for a course through the platform.
• Payment is made via the method specified during enrollment (e.g., bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa).
• An administrator manually verifies your payment before activating your enrollment.
• Once activated, you gain immediate access to all course content, lessons, and materials.

Course prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice. The price at the time of enrollment is the price you pay.

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted at the discretion of our administration team. If you are unsatisfied with a course, please contact us within 7 days of enrollment activation to request a refund. Refund requests made after 7 days or for courses with significant progress may not be honored. To request a refund, email theagenticaiacademy@gmail.com.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, lesson materials, code examples, presentations, and written content, is the exclusive property of The Agentic AI Academy. Our curriculum is based on The AI Agent Factory Book. No part of the course content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission.

User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree to the following:

• You will not share your account credentials with anyone else.
• You will not redistribute, resell, or publish course content in any form.
• You will not use automated tools to scrape or download course materials.
• You will not attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.
• You will engage with the platform respectfully and not disrupt other students' learning experience.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Certificates

Certificates of completion are earned by successfully completing all lessons in a course. Each certificate is auto-generated as a PDF and includes a unique verification identifier. Certificates are for personal and professional use and confirm that you have completed the required coursework. They do not constitute an accredited academic qualification.

Limitation of Liability

The Agentic AI Academy provides educational content on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding career outcomes, job placement, or specific skill levels achieved. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
